The Ascot Room offers an abundance of natural light with views overlooking the parklands and pillar-less interior design. This venue can also be darkened for audiovisual use.

The terrace, conveniently positioned outside the Ascot Room provides a stunning area for pre and post events or as a break-out area.

With 170 sqm of space, the Ascot Room is the ideal venue for meetings up to 200 delegates theatre style or cocktail parties for 250 guests. The Ascot Room breaks into three rooms for smaller functions – Waterside, Forest and Marina Rooms.

Boardroom

The Boardroom is the ideal venue to host your next boardroom style meeting or private dinner, suitable for up to 10 guests.

150 East Riverside Deck

150 East Riverside Deck is the perfect venue for a small cocktail event, private party or sundowner under the stars.

Located on the lower deck, this special area provides exceptional river and parkland views and can cater for up to 50 guests, cocktail style.

Poolside

Nestled only minutes from the Swan River, surrounded by landscaped gardens and limestone paving our pool area is a spectacular setting. Perfect for a casual function, poolside barbecue or cocktail party for up to 150 guests.

Hardey Park

Looking for a venue with a difference? Consider a marquee in the park overlooking the Swan. This venue is located adjacent to the hotel and offers a unique and natural setting for larger groups up to 350 guests, banquet seating.
