Q.Does the hotel have an onsite restaurant?
A.Yes, Mediterrani is located within the hotel. The restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and snacks and also offering 24 hour room service. View our menu at mediterrani.com.au
Q.Do you offer fitness facilities?
A.Yes, we have gym facilities and a 25 metre outdoor swimming pool plus easy access to riverside walking and cycling paths.
Q.Do you offer internet facilities?
A.Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel and also have an Internet kiosk in the hotel lobby.
Q.How far away are you from the Perth Airport?
A.We are located only four kilometres from the Perth Domestic Airport and eleven kilometres from the Perth International Airport.
Q.How far away are you from Perth City Centre?
A.We are located only six kilometres from the Perth City Centre.
Q.Is there car parking at the hotel?
A.Yes, we offer complimentary onsite parking for our guests, either on the ground floor or undercover.
Q.Do you offer concierge services?
A.No, however, we have trolleys available for guests to use. Reception can help with booking tours, hire cars, printing maps, sending faxes, posting letters and any other requirements you may have during your stay.
Q.Can you hold meetings in the apartments?
A.You are welcome to have informal meetings within the apartment on the basis that the number of people does not exceed the maximum room number, however formal meetings are not permitted. We offer full functions, meetings and events facilities and a dedicated Events Team that can assist you. Please visit our Meetings & Events section for further information regarding these facilities.
Q.Do I need a Credit Card to book?
A.A valid Credit Card is required at the time of making a booking and also at the time of check-in. Non Credit Card bookings are subject to management approval and require a cash bond and sufficient identification when checking in. The request should be made prior to check in to avoid any inconvenience.
Q.What do I need to check in?
A.Upon arrival, any guest that is not using a company issued Credit Card or does not have access to Approved Credit charge back facilities will be asked for a credit card pre authorisation or bond for a minimum $300 value. All nights’ accommodation will need to be paid for up front and valid identification must be presented. Management reserves the right to refuse any guest from checking in if valid identification cannot be produced or if there are insufficient funds to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay.
Q.What are the reception hours?
A.Our Reception is open from 6 AM – 12.30 AM, seven days a week.
Q.Is the room service 24 hours?
A.Yes, room service is available 24 hours. Breakfast menu available from Monday to Friday 6.30 AM – 10 AM, Saturday to Sunday 7.30 AM – 10 AM, lunch from 12 PM – 3 PM and dinner from 6 – 9 PM and an After Hours menu is available 9pm-6.30am.

Q.What is the maximum number of guests that a One Bedroom Plus Apartment can sleep?
A.Our One Bedroom Plus Apartments sleeps up to four guests using the extra single bed in the lounge and sofa bed for additional charge.
Q.What is the maximum number of guests that a Two Bedroom Apartment can sleep?
A. Our Two Bedroom Family Apartments can sleep up to six guests using the sofa bed at an additional charge.
Q.Do we have a gym or pool onsite?
A.No, unfortunately we don’t have a pool or gym onsite, however Wesley College located within close proximity to our hotel has a gym and pool that guests can use for a small fee.
Q.Do we have spa apartments?
A.No, we don’t offer spa apartments at our South Perth Apartments, however, spa apartments are available at our sister property in Ascot, Assured Ascot Quays Apartment Hotel.
Q.How often are our apartments serviced?
A.Staying one to six nights – Apartments are serviced once during your stay. Additional towels and amenities can be requested via reception. Staying seven nights or more – Includes one full service and one mini service weekly. Additional servicing is available on request for a cost of $50 per service. On weekends and Public Holidays there are no servicing of apartments.
Q.What facilities are in the apartments?
A.All apartments are fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer and complimentary in-house movies. Free Wi-Fi access is also available in our apartments.

Q. What transport is available in to the city?
A.There is a bus stop located just around the corner that takes you directly into the city otherwise you can catch the ferry from the Mends Street Jetty which is a five minute walk from the apartments.
Q.Is there parking available onsite and how much does it cost?
A.There is free secure parking available onsite.
Q.Is there a restaurant onsite?
A.No, we don’t have an onsite restaurant, however, we are located within easy walking distance to Mends Street with a strip of great restaurants and cafes.
