Assured Waterside Apartments was originally a residential property in South Perth. A complete transformation occurred at this Riverside address including a revamp of the lovely manicured gardens and rooms, creating our serviced apartment complex for overnight or longer stays.

Assured Margarets Forest was designed as a stylish retreat to take advantage of the unique location - where the forest meets the heart of the town of Margaret River. A category winner in the Western Australian Tourism Awards, Margarets Forest was recognised for having the highest standards of planning in the development of a tourist project.

Our latest addition is Assured Ascot Quays Apartment Hotel, nestled on the banks of the Swan River with each luxury apartment boasting River, City or Parkland views.
